1. Vanuatu REO Donation
Narpow Point Coral Bay resorts provides investors with their families qualify to apply to be naturalised as Citizens of Vanuatu under the Citizenship by Investment Real Estate Option Program.
It requires One time donation to Vanuatu Government approved real estate project (VGAP) – Coral Bay Resort. This is walk away option (financed loan instead of $200,000 plus fees). No returns or ownership with this type of investment.

Coral Bay Resort
A Government Approved Real Estate Project – Resort hotel built at Narpow point, Coral bay. This project is eligible for Vanuatu citizenship by real estate investment.
The Infinity – Narpow Point Coral Bay is located just 25 minutes from the Port Vila International airport on the Island Efate ,Vanuatu nestled on the shores of Teouma Bay. Full title deed for land + apartment available for $200,000 plus fees.
2. Development Support Program (DSP)
Development support program (DSP) is one time direct contribution to Vanuatu Government in exchange for citizenship.

Eligibility
All Vanuatu citizenship applications are assessed on two benchmarks and must follow the basic eligibility criteria
- Pass the Vanuatu Financial Intelligence Unit Due Diligence check, and
- Clients’ proof of financial assets held in their home country, that should be a minimum of USD 250,000 or more.
- No criminal record.
- Not a wanted person by law enforcement or Interpol.
How to Apply
Follow these simple steps to apply for vanuatu citizenship
- Prepare all the necessary documents (passports, police clearance, health certificate etc) along with the nomination application
- Pay initial FIU due diligence fee USD 7,500 application to start the process.
- File your application through authorized DSP agent (through our lawyer and licensed agent)
- Wait for 2 weeks to receive your approval in principle letter from Vanuatu Citizenship commission (VCC)
- Pay the full investment USD 130,000 or more depending on whether you apply as one person or family. Do not make the full investment if you dont receive approval from VCC.
- Receive your Letter of approval for citizenship.
- Take an oath online or video conferencing
- Receive your citizenship certificate and passport at the nearest Vanuatu consulate (or through proxy).

After citizenship is approved, you can collect the passport from Vanuatu embassy in Hong Kong, Dubai or Brussels (Belgium)
Can i change my name?
Yes, possible. You will be required to submit proof that you renounced your previous citizenship to complete name change.
